There are no hidden or extra fees when you book with us. However, if you request extra services during your stay such as private massages, surfing lessons, private chef and/or catering etc, you will be promptly notified of any additional cost. 😀

Are there any extra fees?
Are the condos cleaned daily?
Our condos are professionally cleaned every time a guest checks out. In respect of your privacy, our condos are not cleaned daily. However, it can easily be arranged as per your request.
What’s included?
Our condos offer an environment similar to home with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee-maker, toaster, WiFi, just to name a few. Your condo is furnished and designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible in Paradise!
Do you offer parking?
At Cerritos Surf Residences we offer 1 covered parking space per rental condo. Additional parking is also available located at the front of the property.
What time is check-in and check- out?
Check-In is anytime after 4pm, and Check-Out is anytime prior to noon. However, special arrangements can be made depending on availability.
How far in advance can I book?
For stays of 30+ days, you may book up to 1-year in advance. Shorter term stays are subject to booking windows and can usually only be booked if filling in between long-term stays. In addition, if you’ve enjoyed your stay, additional vacations can be secured up to one year in advance.
