We had a wonderful time at Cerritos Surfside Residences. The place feels great, intimate, yet private, chilled and with a very good vibe. The staff is friendly and kind and the food and drinks service is great. We loved the proximity to the beach, a short few minutes away, as well as the view from our balcony and terrace. The newness of the facilities is great as everything is modern and convenient. Looking forward to the next chance we have to come back! Cheers! And highly recommended!

Most memorable family vacation made at Penthouse 56! Luxurious amenities, incredible service, and everything you could need was all there! My son loved the drum set, the roulette table, and of course the PS5. My daughter had so much fun lounging on the Fun Boy floaties on the roof top pool. Mom and dad appreciated having everything planned and taken for us by our Personal Concierge (Gracias Martin)! Kids already asking when we can go back! I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again!

We booked an apartment at this place and had an exceptional experience. From the location (literally 5 minutes walk to the beach with a baby!), the cleanliness, the friendly staff that truly makes you feel welcome, the super responsive concierge (who even helped scheduled a pedic for my wife on site), to the comfort of the room, everything was a top quality! It was one of the rare place in Baja, where everyone working there made us feel like they wanted us to have a good time. I definitely recommend it! and am even considering returning there asap. Thanks again!

Fantastica experiencia! El Penthouse 56 es un lugar unico. Una joya incomparable ubicada en el corazón de Cerritos. Fuimos con una familia amiga y todo fue increible. Un mes antes de llegar a la hermosa propiedad de Surfside Residences, Martin, nuestro Personal Concierge se puso en contacto y, literalmente, no tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada! Desde la transportación privada, groceries, actividades varias que organizo y una Cena Privada la ultima noche con el Chef que fue espectacular! Tuvimos un carrito de golf super lujoso, acceso a parking privado, tablas de surf, mountain bikes, servicio de Housekeeping diario (las camaristas son super atentas!). El penthouse esta lujosamente decorado, guitarras electricas, bateria, cocina completa, sala de casino y ruleta, mesas de ping pong y futbolcito, un gran tablero de ajedrez en el piso del rooftop, todo increible! En la llegada nos recibieron con champagne y gorras hechas a mano entre otras cosas. 100% recomendable! Gracias equipo de Surfside por su amabilidad y profesionalismo!

I was so bummed to leave this place. I can't wait to go back! The condo is modern and immaculate but has everything you need to feel right at home. Some of the best food we had was at the bar/restaurant just downstairs and on our final night there Chef Jorge prepared a four course dinner in our condo that was absolutely amazing. You'll have everything you need when you stay here, without all of the chaos of those all inclusive resorts in Cabo. I consider myself to be highly selective when it comes to resorts and accommodations, and Cerritos Surfside Residences are by far on the top of my list!

Epic! The property and unit layout is truly a winner. Cutting edge design in open concept living. Interior/exterior finishes are bright and pleasing. On both my trips here, unit and property cleanliness has always impressed me. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I can't think of anything that would make this place better. It is my go to spot for beauty, comfort, fun surf, and easy access to airport and the big city access of Cabo.

Surfside was amazing all-around. Martin was incredibly easy to work with and was responsive to our first email inquiry and throughout our entire stay. The Surfside property is well designed and appointed. We loved the pool, bar, and penthouse 8 where we stayed. We left the pocket glass doors wide open most of the time and enjoyed the indoor-outdoor living on the deck. The rooftop deck was a great place to relax, drink coffee in the morning, sit by the fire pit at night, and enjoy the Pacific Ocean views anytime.
Martin and Sara took good care of us. They were available every time we reached out for food recommendations and anything else we needed. Our entire experience was positive and we will be back at Surfside the next time we make it to Baja.

Great place, wonderful staff! Bobby the bartender great guy and very knowledgeable about the area! The developer Nick was there with his family and had a great time visiting with them. Great view of Cerritos 5 min walk to the beach. This place has a great vibe with friendly outgoing staff. Very close to many restaurants and bars. If you don’t want to hassle with going to other places food is great onsite! 10 min from downtown pescadero and 15 to todos santos. This place has onsite security and covered/gated parking. Been coming to the Baja for many years and I believe this will be a trend setter for Airbnb’s to come. Cheers to all of the staff for a great stay!!

Out family has been visiting the Cerritos area for years and when we found this beautiful and brand new property available, we decided to book. We love the architecture - clean and modern with attention to detail. The pool and Bar area were stunning with plenty of seating and shade, and even an outdoor shower. The unit we rented was beautiful as well and fully stocked with everything everything we needed when we wanted to cook. We went out to dinner several times, both in Todos Santos and in Cerritos. We were able to walk to Shaka's and Barracudas Restaurants and the food at both was fabulous. We even tried the Test Kitchen food at Surfside and it delicious. Great experience for my entire family which included two teenage boys. Thank you Martin and Sarah for your professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness. Our family will definitely be back.

This place was AMAZING! It exceeded our expectations in every way. First: the communication was excellent and any of our questions and any info we needed to find our way to the Surfside were answered immediately. Sarah was out to greet us as as we pulled up in our rental vehicle. Our unit was a penthouse suite and was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated and included every thoughtful item of convenience. Our mornings and evenings were spent on the roof deck which had lounge chairs, dining table and chairs, a grill, sink and mini-fridge, as well as couches around a rectangular gas fireplace - which was perfect for Baja evening sunsets! The bar and restaurant at the pool offered excellent food and drinks. There were several other excellent dining options within walking distance, but we really loved the on-sight menu. We fell in love with the area and the place and are counting down the weeks until we can make another visit to this magical area! Finally, we had some issues with my COVID results from the lab (we received my husband's results twice and were missing mine). We didn't realize the lab's mistake until we were ready to board the airplane. We had minutes and we called Sarah in a complete panic. Within 10 minutes, she contacted the medical lab and had the correct results e-mailed to me in time to board my flight home (I was the last one on the plane before the door was closed). Thank you Sarah, Martin, Surfside, and Baja - we'll be back!

Fantastic place to stay. A lot of thought went into the design and build of this property — not something I see consistently in Cerritos or Pescadero. The penthouse was impeccably clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and spectacular views from the open plan living room/kitchen as well as the very zen space of the top floor deck. Although we planned more outings, we mostly stayed at the Surfside instead. It has a HEATED pool!! Read that again. Another major bonus. Amazing food!!! I mean, why leave? Booking was super easy even with the last minute changes we made as Martin is very quick to respond. Bobby and Henry at the restaurant/bar were very attentive and accommodating throughout our entire stay, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I would give 10 stars if I could. Love this place and everyone in it.

We stayed in OV7, Casa Loba, for a week with our golden retriever and it was heaven! Beautifully appointed with top of the line appliances. Ocean views from the enormous balcony were breathtaking. 5-10 minute walk to the beach, depending on your pace. On-site restaurant/bar even has room service. Food was excellent. Super fast WiFi & really enjoyed the humongous TVs at night. Entire place was spotless. Great hot water & pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly & attentive. You even have your own private concierge for anything you need. Cerritos Beach is one of the only safe, swimmable beaches in the area with volunteer lifeguards on site. We have stayed many places in Mexico and this is our favorite.
